Pictures, finally!
Last month, Christina and I decided it was high time for a girls' night out, especially since our husbands went on a NEVERENDING movie/dinner date a while back (seriously, they were gone for almost 6 hours). So the two of us plus our other friend Amy went to Ra for sushi while the daddies watched the girls.
Sean and David took them to the mall to play and have dinner. Here they are being silly on the playground.
These two are so cute together.
Here is Giada at her 1st birthday party at The Little Gym. Love that sweet outfit!
Finley's tea party...here are the kids decorating their crowns. Gabby is in her fancy ball gown.
Christina's "staff"...her parents and Sean, serving up the goodies.

When my parents came to visit, my mom and David's mom took Gabby to Nokia to see Sesame Street Live. It was a weekday so I missed it, but it looked pretty cool.
Gabby spent most of the time sitting on Grandma's lap, shoveling popcorn.
My mom reported that she did pretty well during all of the audience participation parts.
Reading stories with my dad
I am not sure exactly how this came about, but it sure was funny.
My mom attempted to take a cute picture with Gabby...as usual, she was less than cooperative.
Dinner at Bluefish...they made our Ahi Tower into a heart :) This is probably my most favorite thing to eat, ever.
Gabby ate more edamame than I ever though possible.
Happy 39th Anniversary!
Lunch at Cafe Express with our families
Gabby requested that Grandpa sit next to her...it wasn't long before she had crawled into his lap.

Okay, the one with your mom where you said she wasn't cooperative is my favorite picture of the whole bunch! I hardly ever see just a serious face on her. Adorable!
I LOVE THESE! The one of David with the Hello Kitty is probably the best thing EVER. I am ROLLING! :-) Gabby is turning into such a big girl and her hair is getting so long! I just can't believe how much our babies have grown up over the last year. I am also really impressed that Gabby liked Sesame Street Live. I have debated that stuff over and over, but you know how Colin is and I just don't know what he would do with the crowd. Gabby sure seemed to love it, so maybe we will give it a try this year. Maybe. ;-)
Kelli, I like serious face too! I also like crying face...just can't help it, it's adorable too.
Chalna, we actually just chopped 4 inches off her hair! Gabby wants it even shorter. Yeah, I was never quite sure about taking Gabby to one of those shows...especially with the amount of money those things cost. Even if I had a guarantee that she was going to love it, I would still have to think twice about paying for it. So it worked out well that the she got to try it out with her grandparents. She did get a little scared at the beginning...my mom said that she got nervous walking to their seats, and just kept picking random seats along the way, saying, "we can just sit here" and not wanting to keep walking in that big dark theater. But she had a great time after that. You just never know 'til you try it!
